Apple Chili Sauce

Here is a chili sauce with a twist. Imagining that this would be excellent on a roasted pork loin.  Think it might work on roasted turkey breast as well.  Maybe even on a nice dark brown or heavy wheat toast for breakfast.  Adding a hot chili to ramp up the wow factor would be great as well.

Apple Chili Sauce

1 quart sour apples, peeled

1 quart ripe tomatoes

1 cup sliced onions

1 ½ cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon cloves

1 cup raisins

Salt and pepper to taste

Vinegar to cover

Place everything in a pot and cover.  Cook 3 hours or until thick.
