Made: Pumpkin Chiffon Pie

A couple of night’s ago I posted this recipe for Pumpkin Chiffon Pie with Ginger Snap Crust.  I said that I don’t think I would like it.

I lied. If the batter is any indication, this is going to be AMAZING.

First off, I didn’t have ginger snaps.  I bought a box of Cinnamon Honey Grahams and crushed 2 cups worth, added 6 tablespoons of butter, and 1/8 teaspoon of ground ginger.  And now for some pictures!

I will let everyone know the final verdict from the family tomorrow… but I think it will be all thumbs up!
