St. Nick’s Crab Spread

stnickSt. Nick here is cooking with everyone’s favorite ingredient, a bottle of booze.  This crab dip, which really is no different from crab dip you’d make any other time of the year, would be great served with toasted bread, crackers or even pretzels.

St. Nick’s Crab Spread

8 oz. flaked crab meat

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 tsp. hot sauce or to taste

1 tsp. lemon juice

1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish

1/2 tsp. seasoning salt

1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

Combine all ingredients, tossing thoroughly.  Chill at least one hour.
